Content Policy

By using the Internet applications we provide (referred to as our Services), you agree that the individuals who have administrative access to our Services (referred to as the Administrators) have express permission to access, modify, or remove your content without notice.

As Architect Enterprises does not harvest data, we have no way to contact you other than the information you explicitly provide, which in certain cases is not enough for the Administrators figure out how they can contact you.
As such, for inquiries, please contact Architect Enterprises using the methods using the public contact methods.

Generally, the Administrators may remove content created and uploaded to our Services by any person who interacts with our services (referred as User-Generated Content) for the following reasons:

  • the content contains infringing or discriminating material.

  • the content is illegal within the United States,
    and/or violates the rules/laws of other countries.

  • the content disrupts, is being used to disrupt, or otherwise harms any one of our or someone else's Services or property.

  • the content was simply lost in a catastrophic event that caused data loss.

Service Disruption Policy

Architect Enterprises may disrupt any of our Services for any person who accesses our Services (referred to as a User) at any time for any or no reason. Any one of our Services may stop at any time due to a catastrophic event, a legal request, maintenance, or otherwise something that Architect Enterprises cannot prevent. However, if the Administrators were required to discontinue one of our Services, we would try our best to provide a 30-day sunset period in which Users may gather User-Generated Content from our Services should they need to.

Generative AI Policy

We, the Architect Enterprises Administrators, hereby declare the following:

  • we do not support the usage of generative artificial intelligence, including (but not limited to) large language models, image generation tooling, or agentic artificial intelligence (hereby referred to as Slop Generators).

  • we will not knowingly allow any material, including code, images, or text, generated by a Slop Generator (hereby known as AI Slop) to be present in any official Administrator-run repositories, websites, services, or online accounts.

  • we will not knowingly allow any Slop Generators, or entities associated with data collection or training for Slop Generators (hereby referred to as Thieves) to access resources or services owned by Architect Enterprises.

  • any individual, organization, or other entity involved in any of the preceding activities is subject to restrictions or any other appropriate action as deemed necessary by the Administrators. This includes, but is not limited to, service bans/restrictions, loss of contribution abilities, user agent blacklisting, and/or copyright enforcement.
